Climate Revivals
About Climate Revival
Since 2010, Green The Church has been building a network of advocacy and green economy industry partners committed to protecting our environment and helping our communities survive and thrive. Climate Revivals are quarterly educational convenings that bring together more than 1,000 members of the state’s Black faith and justice community over the course of the year. We teach church leaders how to make their buildings and operations more sustainable.
- We support churches in identifying how to flex their shared political and people power to advocate for green policies.
- We emphasize the message that faith communities have a duty to protect God’s creation.
