Promoting Sustainable Practices
With deep roots within the black church tradition, we offer ways for congregations to share data regarding their church and home sustainability projects.Â
We encourage churches to form "Green Teams" who voluntarily come together to educate, inspire and empower congregants around sustainability, such as greening church operations, addressing recycling, composting food waste, reducing the use of disposable takeout containers, and eliminating plastic water bottles.
